At Dubai Helicopter Ride, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling your helicopter booking and obtaining a refund.
Cancellation Policy
- Full Refund:
- If you cancel your booking at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to your scheduled flight time, you will receive a full refund of the booking amount.
- This allows you to reschedule or cancel your flight without any penalties.
- Partial Refund:
- If you cancel your booking within 72 hours (3 days) but more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled flight time, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.
- This covers our costs for reserving the helicopter and crew.
- No Refund:
- If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of your scheduled flight time, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- This is because we have already committed resources and incurred costs to accommodate your booking.
Rescheduling
- You can reschedule your flight free of charge if you provide at least 72 hours (3 days) notice prior to your scheduled flight time.
- Rescheduling requests within 72 hours of the flight time may be subject to a rescheduling fee of 20% of the booking amount.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability, and you may be required to pay any price difference if the new flight date or time is more expensive.
Weather Cancellations
- In the event of inclement weather or unsafe flying conditions, Dubai Helicopter Ride reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your flight.
- If we cancel your flight due to weather, you will receive a full refund of the booking amount.
- If the weather conditions improve and we are able to reschedule your flight, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative date and time.
Refund Process
- All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the booking.
- Refunds may take up to 7 business days to be processed and appear in your account.
