You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled flight time and receive a full refund, less any applicable fees. Cancellations within 24 hours of the flight time are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a flight due to weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
All passengers must be at least 2 years old and possess a valid government-issued identification document. Passengers with disabilities or special needs should inform us at the time of booking so that we can accommodate their requirements.
